The Vendor is required to provide for a turnkey, multi-purpose event scheduling software solution that is compatible with banner.
- Software solution shall have the ability to import event information from Banner.
- Software solution shall have the capabilities to track events and locations.
- Software solution shall have the ability to search and present all events and information in a clearly readable format.
- Suppliers shall install and fully implement the proposed software solution as well as manage the initial load of locations and data.
- Suppliers shall provide at minimum virtual administrator training for the proposed software solution.
- Suppliers shall have the capacity to self-perform all the services defined in the services.
• Subcontracting is discouraged and will only be permitted with prior University approval.
