The vendor is required to provide fault-tolerant hardware for re-hosting the mission-critical one solution computer aided dispatch (CAD) and records management system (RMS) software.
- Replacing end-of-life server hardware currently supporting the CAD and RMS platform.
- Establishing a fully functional backup dispatch center.
- Upgrading associated network infrastructure to improve overall system reliability, availability, and performance. - Enhance system security, performance, and reliability by replacing end-of-life server hardware currently supporting the CAD and RMS infrastructure.
- Ensure data integrity and system availability through the implementation of comprehensive data backup and disaster recovery solutions that meet mission critical public safety requirements.
• Procurement and installation of new server hardware to support the CAD and RMS system at the primary 911 dispatch center.
• Configuration and migration of existing CAD and RMS data to the newly installed server environment with minimal disruption to operations.
• Implementation of a fully operational backup dispatch center at the northwest sub courthouse, including:
o Procurement and installation of a redundant server (dell PowerEdge r760xd2) and supporting equipment.
o Configuration of the backup environment to mirror the functionality and performance of the primary dispatch center.
• Development and implementation of data backup and disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity and data integrity across both dispatch centers.
• Establishment of data backup and disaster recovery procedures.

• Any network infrastructure upgrades beyond the backup dispatch center.
