Integrated Risk Management SaaS Solution

The Vendor is required to provide a software product and software services for integrated risk management.
- Technical Design Document (TDD) - Required for a fully customized solution. Foundational information about the underlying architecture, materials, and process for interfacing with, or building on top of, existing technology. In software, technical documentation outlines the various API routes and endpoints the developer can access, or it can explain the libraries, integrations, and dependencies of the SDK. It typically includes the terms, abbreviations, tables, diagrams, and screen shots to easily impart the detailed information.
- Architecture/Network Diagram- Provide Architecture/Network Diagram which represents the architecture and network of the project and how they interact with each other.
- Including but not limited to:
• Servers
• Router
• Devices (Internal and External)
• Hubs
• Firewalls
• System Response volume of data and server logs
• Load balance details.
- Interface Diagram- Provide in an Interface Diagram and include in the diagram: data transfer protocol examples SOAP, REST, SFTP, FTP, types of integrations, ESB, VPN Tunnels.
- Security Design Document- Provides assurance by describing how a system provides trust and shows that all of the protection mechanisms of a system are correctly implemented and sufficiently provide the needed trust. Addresses: Physical Security, Identity and Access, Perimeter, Network, Compute, Application, and Data
- Configuration Workbook – The vendor must provide a configuration workbook to document customer configuration requirements.
- Provide standard product documentation that comes along with a product. Documentation to include installation guides, administrator guide, use guides, quick starts, training guides and any other items that provide guidelines in using the product.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
