Short Term Leachate Management Control System Upgrades

The Vendor is required to provide a design that will lead to the implementation of the recommendations outlined in the short-term leachate management control system (STLMCS) water balance update provided.
- Geotechnical data: identify geotechnical data requirements. 
- The geotechnical data will be collected through the city’s annual geotechnical services contract and will be provided to the consultant.
- Infrastructure data: conduct discussions with city engineering and public works staff on anecdotal and factual infrastructure condition data.
- Consult with city engineering and public works staff to familiarize designers with city standards, review past investigations and maintenance efforts, and works required for detail design.
- Review background reports.
- Prepare preliminary design drawings for the horizontal and vertical alignments.
- Review electrical requirements and identify deficiencies and provide recommendations for rehabilitation and reconstruction.
- Prepare a scope of construction
- Prepare a class c construction cost estimate
- Prepare a design report for the preliminary design.
- Identify all potential regulatory agency approvals.
