- Offers a wide variety of permit products designed to serve residents, visitors, businesses, and staff alike, including:
• Monthly and annual permits for downtown (zone-specific: green and yellow)
• Staff-discounted permits for municipal employees (green and yellow, monthly and annual)
• Free resident waterfront permits for qualifying city residents (via digital validation)
• Neighboring municipality permits for residents of counties
• Non-resident waterfront permits available at a higher rate
• Annual marina permit for registered boat slip renters
• Temporary permits for rented vehicles and events
• Allandale residential permit for eligible residents at no cost
- Payment options:
• Pay-and-display machines – located in various on-street and off-street locations
• Single-space meters – located in various on-street locations
• Digital parking app – allowing hourly and daily payments, and permit purchases
• Pay stations – accept coins, credit/debit, tap, apple pay, and google pay
• Permits – can be purchased digitally or as physical hangtags via service city, recreation centers, or at the transit terminal
• QR code payment – enabled at select locations through hotspot signage
