The vendor is required to provide learning management system (LMS) will support employee training, certification tracking, and e-learning delivery within the microsoft ecosystem.

• LMS licenses for 125 users
• Access to all standard features including SCORM support, course authoring, compliance tracking and teams’ integration.
• Services to include but not limited to:
o Dedicated customer success manager.
o Onboarding assistance and success planning.
o Quarterly business reviews.
o Access to best practices, optimization workshops, and adoption toolkits.
o Usage analytics and performance improvement recommendations.
• Configuration support for integration with our microsoft 365 environment
• Onboarding and standard support
• Access to product documentation, administrative training, and customer success tools
- Product requirements
• Must provide full integration with microsoft teams, SharePoint, outlook and azure ad
• The solution must be 100% cloud-based, hosted in microsoft azure or a comparable secure cloud platform.
• No on-premises hardware or software installation should be required.
• Product must be a commercially available, proven LMS product, not custom built for this engagement.
• Must be production-ready with documentation and support already in place.
• Data privacy in accordance with state and federal regulations
