The Vendor is required to provide to deliver and support an employee feedback platform for a team of staff and faculty comprising 1200-1500 individuals.
- Services include:
1. Design and implement an online employee feedback platform
• Pre-delivery consultation with the college to ensure design alignment and implementation schedule.
• Include capacity for institution-specific questions related to organizational strategy and alignment.
2. Provide comprehensive analysis and reporting
• Presentations to key audiences communicating results.
• Varied levels of access to results for unique groups/leaders.
• Cross-industry comparable metrics (i.e., post-secondary’s in country; public sector, etc.)
3. Offer recommendations to enhance engagement
• Provide actionable insights based on findings to improve staff and faculty engagement.
4. Support communication of results and action plans
• Assist the college in communicating results and action plans to employees and stakeholders.
5. Integration with existing systems
• Interface with existing HR and it vendors to ensure seamless integration and data security. - Phase 1: project initiation
