The Vendor is required to provide an objectives and key results (OKR) goal tracking system (SaaS) to be used port wide.
- Solution should be designed specifically for OKR collaboration and must be a working system that is in production.
- The current system has the following data visualization and metric tracking features.
- Percentage completion on individual objectives can be calculated by the system using equal weighting of that object’s key results.
- The alignment of port-wide goals and initiatives can be visualized and easily understood.
- Data integration – data can be pulled from various sources, like excel and tableau, into the system automatically without manual data input.
- Data migration – information can be imported from other systems or exported for integration into other systems as needed.
- Data visualization is currently limited to very basic charts and graphs, which are difficult to manipulate.
- Software support network - the current provider does not provide easy support service for staff to maintain or troubleshoot the system.
- Frequent UI changes lead to questions about how to use the system.
- Previous learnings on how to accomplish activities need to be relearned regularly.
- We anticipate that divisions, departments, and possibly individual teams will want to leverage the new OKR solution going forward.
- The system should allow them to create meaningful OKRS specific to their needs following potentially different timelines.
- A strong emphasis on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design is expected.
- Must adhere to the highest standards of data security and privacy, ensuring that all organizational data is protected.
- Provide extensive training on vendor’s OKR SaaS system and support to ensure successful adoption of the OKR system.
- This includes offering training sessions, detailed documentation, and responsive customer support.
- Testimonials and case studies that illustrate the vendor's strengths and capabilities are highly valued.
- The solution must include the following configured functionality:
• Role based authorization for access and permissions.
• Ability to delegate actions and activities
• Ability to track and audit activity
• Have a predictive analytics capability
• Built in data visualization capabilities
• An extremely user-friendly UI solution
• Inherent well defined API integration capabilities to support future integrations with other port managed systems
• Ability to query data, run standard reports, automate the sending of reports, and configure dashboards
- The system should support EntraID (formerly azure active directory) for single sign-on authentication as well as MFA support.
- The system will be a cloud-based solution.
• The system will have different environments available for port use.
• We anticipate the need for three environments: dev/test, pre-production/stage, and production.
