The Vendor is required to provide an innovative and robust job management solution that combines job description management and compensation management for an aligned, strategic approach to talent management.
- Solution will enable agency to organize, create, and maintain job information including descriptions, competencies, and compensation types, and leverage market data and user-friendly tools to price jobs accordingly, influence pay strategies, and easily and efficiently maintain over 2,500 unique jobs while streamlining recruitment efforts.
- Services include:

• Role-based security and access
• User-friendly system that is intuitive. Easy to use tool to view data and conduct analysis
• Automated data integration between PeopleSoft HCM, Taleo, and other systems

1. Job Description Management
• Support for more than 2,500 job descriptions for healthcare, academic, faculty, student, and staff positions
• The ability to maintain existing job descriptions and build/create new entries
• Users to define capabilities on job description components and content
• Users to edit capabilities on job descriptions and job elements
• Management of parent-child job description relationships with the ability to link core job description
• The ability to maintain and manage job competencies
• Job description addendums
• Document Management (attachments; PDF, WORD, Excel, etc.)
• The ability to create a job catalogue with database storage of job elements
• An audit trail and tracked changes to job descriptions
• Built-in workflow approval for key stakeholders to review and approve both new job descriptions and changes to existing entries
• Automated process to obtain employee acknowledgement on job descriptions
2. Compensation Management
• Compensation Survey Management; multiple at a time (25+; private and public)
• Ability to display data of multiple compensation types, including but not limited to base salary, short and long-term incentives, bonuses, total cash and total compensation. Data is represented as figures or in charts/graphs
• Reduce or eliminate manual tasks by automating market data and survey participation
• Market pricing, report writing, and salary analysis modeling.
