The Vendor is required to provide to obtain implementation services, proven technology solutions, and maintenance and operations (M&O) services for a state-of-the-art labor exchange, case management, reporting, and one-stop service tracking (OSST) through the workforce information technology solution (WITS) project.
- The Solution should provide intuitive, responsive web and mobile interfaces that streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and support smarter, more personalized interactions through the integration of artificial intelligence.
- Solution must offer the State an integrated, adaptable, and scalable web-enabled system capable of supporting core workforce functions, including job matching, case management, service delivery, and reporting.
- The Solution should promote cross-training and knowledge sharing across workforce programs via standardized screens and processes, while also enabling seamless data integration and collaboration among state and local agencies to improve public service delivery.
- Transform the current nightly data transfer processes for reporting into a more efficient, streamlined approach that reduces manual effort and improves data accuracy.
- Identify, document, and confirm all federal reporting requirements.
- Develop a modernized user interface to include system edit checks to ensure consistent data quality and integrity.
- Modernize the application programming interfaces (API) and file transfers between the solution and all integrated systems or end points, including but not limited to reconnect, department of children and families, career source state salesforce, department of education, department of revenue, and state college.
- Integrate the solution with the state wins solution.
- Eliminate the API and file transfers between one-stop service tracking (OSST) and the existing commerce reporting database.
- Incorporate CareerSource state salesforce customer relationships management (CRM) functionality into the solution.
- Automate the eligible training provider list data collection and validation process.
- Identify, document, confirm, and implement case management, labor exchange, labor market information, and OSST requirements.
- Cleanse and migrate cleansed case management, labor exchange, labor market information, and OSST data into the solution.
- Implement a document management system and migrate all existing documents from the current system ensuring metadata preservation.
- Migrate existing reporting databases into the solution.
- Delivery of organizational change management, including training for commerce and boards.
- For internal users, deploy a centralized, continuously maintained knowledge base that documents solution functionality, troubleshooting procedures, answers to frequently asked questions, and best practices including plans for ongoing support and regular updates and enhancements.
