2. Wellness activity and challenge tracking and management:
• Have the capability to manage wellness activities to include health challenges for both the employee and the administrator.
• Participants can view completed activities for a select timeframe.
• Admin can mark activities as completed.
• Generate report of completed activities for each participant.
3. Event scheduling and tracking system
• Provide a calendar that can be used to register for events.
• Admin had the ability to add, delete, and update events, and provide participants with notification of these changes.
4. Allow employee access via single sign on (CAS).

• Will graph blood lipid screening result trends.
• Provide administrator with reports that can be sorted by:
o Employee and spouse

• Provides administrator with capability to:
o Move participants to either active or termed folders.
o Move participants to an archive folder; this folder will not incur a fee.
• Provides participant with health solutions relevant to worksite offerings.
2. Health tracking and management:
• Integrate with current health-outcomes incentive program by:
o Emailing participants when they need to complete the yearly health risk assessment.
o Emailing participants when they need to complete the yearly blood lipid screening.
o Emailing participants when they meet the program qualifications.
o Emailing participants when they do not meet the program qualifications and steps for an alternative standard.

3. Event scheduling and tracking system
• Appointment scheduling system for blood lipid screenings, wellness coaching, personal training, and other services.
• Provide a printable class roll.
• Allow admin to track who attended and did not attend event.
4. Coaching portal
• Provide area where wellness coach and personal trainer can take notes of session.
• Capability for participant and coach to see notes and uploaded documents.
