The vendor is required to provide for a parking lot management software subscription for the state highway patrol division.
- Requirements
1. Line item 1: core flex professional edition annual parking software subscription

2. Line item 2: flex mobile enforcement annual parking software subscription
• Reference brand and product no or equal: t2 parking software
• Quantity: 4 EA
- The minimum specifications for line items 1 and 2 are as follows:
• Provide flex handheld subscription software on previously purchased handheld devices
• Application compatibility with iOS or android devices
• Ability to upgrade to current level of handheld software at no additional cost.
• Technical support
o 2 levels: standard and enhanced
o Technical support available from 8:00 am Est to 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

• Ability to upload citation information directly into application
• Ability to issue citations, include photos, perform permit looks ups
• Provides configurable options for credentials, payment management, and account management
• Ability to provide real time data to various multiple platforms.
• Provides streamlined enforcement and workflow processes
• Optional features
o Customizable dashboard with ability to monitor key performance indicators and gain insight into operation.
o Task scheduler with ability to execute system tasks for batch data processing either ad hoc or predefined scheduled tasks.
o Financial management module with ability to manage payment plans, payroll deductions, large volume payments, post shortages and overages, and bill for payment.
o User management capabilities to streamline management and security of user accounts.
