The vendor is required to provide Microsoft support partners to provide comprehensive, high-quality support across a broad range of Microsoft products and services.
- Offeror must identify all Microsoft technologies for which direct support is provided (e.g., azure, m365, dynamics 365, power platform, defender, SQL server, windows server, active directory).
- Offeror must describe in detail their knowledge and expertise in all Microsoft technologies/products, including but not limited to:
• Microsoft azure including but not limited to core infrastructure, networking, identity, security, and platform services
• Microsoft windows operating systems, including desktop (windows 10 and later) and server (windows server 2016 and later)
• Exchange server (2019 or later) and exchange online
• Microsoft teams, including teams phone
• Microsoft OneDrive
• Microsoft SharePoint online

• Microsoft planner, project online, and project for web
• Microsoft power bi, power platform, and Microsoft fabric

• Microsoft bookings, lists, forms, and edge

- Offeror must describe in detail their ability to support the following Microsoft database technologies including but not limited to:
• SQL server 2022 - enterprise, standard, and express editions

- Offeror must confirm whether 24x7x365 critical incident support is available and outline the coverage model for nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Offeror must describe the availability of their standard support services, including what they define as normal business hours, and provide details on associated response times and applicable SLAs.
- Offeror must describe in detail the proactive services they offer, such as system health checks, architecture assessments, patching advisories, outage notifications and any other preventative maintenance or advisory services included.
- Must describe in detail the capabilities of the case management portal, including available functions such as case submission, tracking, reporting, and closure.
