The vendor is required to provide for a scheduling and timekeeping solution for multiple departments, divisions, offices, and agencies including its sheriff’s office for both its patrol division.
- A solution that will enable the county to manage its employees’ work schedules and payroll rules including, but not limited to, time off requests, overtime rules, shift differentials, meals, stipends, shift swaps, filling vacancies, shift and vacation bidding, lunch and break management, training and certification management, and rates of pay for billable hours.
- The solution is sought to improve overtime management and reduce overtime expenditures, ensure staff shift assignments meet all collective bargaining rules and other organization policies, automate completion of timesheets to ensure greater accuracy and significant time savings for all staff, enable real time visibility of shift vacancies weeks or months in advance, post, find, and fill shifts significantly faster and more accurately, efficiently manage and organize training and certifications, and improve the speed and accuracy of shift bidding.
