The vendor is required to provide work order management system (WOMS) that supports asset management, work order tracking, service request management, preventative maintenance scheduling, mobile workforce integration, and GIS and map-based functionality.

• Provide an off-the-shelf, but configurable, user-friendly work order management system that may eventually expand to other departments
• Support asset tracking for roads, stormwater infrastructure, etc.
