Annual Figma Enterprise System

The vendor is required to provide for annual Figma enterprise software products, specifically the following: full Figma enterprise for eleven (11) users, collab enterprise for four (4) users, and dev enterprise for seventeen (17) users; each for a period of 12 months.
- All software and software as a service (SaaS).
- Bidder shall furnish new and unused software.
- Impose a restocking fee if an item is returned due to damage or incorrect product shipped.
- Provide the estimated ship date and lead time for each item listed in the contract bid form.
- Authorized to distribute Figma products in the state, by submitting a letter of authorization (LOA) with their bid.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
