- Software should provide the following core capabilities:
• Allow employees to enter and submit electronic timesheets.
• Enable managers to review and approve employee timesheets electronically.
• Provide seamless integration with the town’s existing payroll system, southern software financial management system (FMS).
• Export to csv file may be suitable for this requirement, provided specific information can be included in the file.
• The town does not anticipate making a change to the payroll processing software.
• Offer secure, cloud-based access for both employees and managers.
• Support compliance with applicable labor and data privacy regulations.
• Include reporting and audit trail features for timekeeping and approvals.
