Capital Lease Accounting Software Application and Related Services

The vendor is required to provide capital lease accounting software application and related services.
- Provide a cloud-based, SaaS software application services or solution that meets or exceeds the following requirements:
• Services shall provide ability for co-authoring of information from multiple source agencies;
• Services shall synchronize all information entered providing consistent figures. 
• Narratives shall be automatically updated in real time including all related reports;
• Services shall allow for individual user level specific permissions, including full access, edit access, and view only access;
• Services shall thoroughly document all data changes, including what information changed, the time stamp and user id of the user making the change;
• Successful respondent shall include an annual subscription to leasequery advanced platform signature package subscription for capital lease accounting software application including boards 87 and also including a minimum of 1200 records. 
• Pricing to be entered in line item 1 on mandatory price schedule 1;
• Successful respondent shall include annual subscription for additional archive records to include 1200 original records and additional archive records for unused records up to 250 additional archive records. • Pricing for unused records up to 250 additional archive records for additional archive record quantities exceeding 1200 records per month to be entered in line item 3 on mandatory price schedule 1. 
• Costs for additional 250 archive records to be prorated on a monthly basis.
