Public Announcement System

The Vendor is required to provide sound study will inform the placement of public announcement (PA) system components throughout the facility internally to ensure that broadcast communications are audible.
- The sound study, in addition to providing for recommendations of placement, will also provide ambient noise levels in each internal facility component, and the recommendation for decibel level of the resulting system in such amenity.
- Accounting for the fluctuation of noise in different facility amenities based on programming, events, etc. throughout the year.
- Liberty to act in its sole discretion based upon the findings of the sound study and will be held harmless for claims made against it by the successful respondent for any claim of loss of further profit, injunctive relief, etc.
- Provide a recommendation of the decibel level the PA should be configured to within different areas of the facility so that it is audible.
- Support the efficacy of the PA system, including but not limited to reverberant factors that may require additional speakers, directional array, absorptive finishes to minimize echo, etc.
