Learning Materials Design and Development Services

The Vendor is required to provide Creation and/or revision of learning materials that are accessible and compatible across boards required devices and platforms, which shall include, but is not limited to:
• Slide decks;
• ELearning modules;
• Quick reference guides and job aids;
• Infographics and visual resources;
• Multimedia resources such as videos and voiceovers;
• Assessment tools (e.g., knowledge check question banks, scenarios);
• Reference or resource manuals;
• Facilitator guides;
• Participant hand books; and
• Any other training artifacts as required.
- Apply relevant instructional design models to structure learning experiences, including, but not limited to:
• Designing course outlines, learning objectives, assessments, and evaluation strategies; and
• Developing storyboards and scripts for eLearning and any video or presentation content.
- All learning materials shall support various delivery formats, including in-person instructor led, virtual instructor-led, self-paced eLearning, and digital guidance, using a range of tools and platforms.
