- The system should be a single, web-based database, with automation of job postings from state school district systems, application submission, and retention of applicant tracking history.

- The Center's primary target groups are middle and high school students, college students, and adults interested in changing careers.
- The network of educators in our programs overlaps in powerful ways to increase the level of collaboration for the recruitment, retention, and advancement of state educators.
- Center's website is hosted through apptegy and is separate from Winthrop’s website meaning university information technology (IT) partners will not need to be involved in the acquisition, installation, and minimal maintenance of the chosen data management system.

• Provides training services, including development of training materials for center staff and districts
• Provides support for software installation and configuration
• Includes on-going support and maintenance services
• Includes options for districts that choose to contract separately with the selected vendor including:
1. Online onboarding process for districts
2. Customization of onboarding forms and workflows
3. System-standard forms
4. Support for tracking of onboarding forms and tasks.
