The Vendor is required to provide a texting platform for approximately 40 current users but with potential scalability for additional users.

• The platform must include a functional dashboard showing all incoming and outgoing messages with real-time data synchronization of student data and message logs.
• The platform must include the ability to gather and review data analytics such as response rates and unopened and unreceived texts.
• The platform must allow for user-customizable out-of-office settings.
• The platform must have the ability to send and receive emoji’s.
• The platform must have the ability to utilize short codes to send mass texts for informational and marketing purposes.
• The platform must have the ability to allow individual departments to send specifically tailored messages to both individual students and groups.
• The platform must be act compliant.
• The platform should have the ability to integrate with additional, non-Webex-linked phone accounts (individual cell phones across multiple carriers).
• The platform should have the ability to schedule messages to be sent at a chosen time and date.
• The platform should have the option to send individual or group automated reminders.
• The platform must integrate with existing student management and learning systems
• The platform should have the ability to provide text messaging in multiple languages.
