The Vendor is required to provide oracle products and typically can manage most products independently by accessing oracle’s or third-party support knowledge bases.
- The Third-Party Support Consultant Must Provide The Following Services:
• Installation and Support Upgrade. Provide installation and upgrade support as needed by the District.
• Troubleshooting. Troubleshoot software problems, including operational workarounds where needed.
• Interoperability Issues. Support for interoperability issues between the Oracle database software, VMware, operating systems, and other third-party software applications, and key District systems.
• Oracle Linux Environment. Support for the Oracle Linux environment hosting the Oracle database software.
• Best Practice Recommendations. Offer best practice recommendations and guidance.
• Risk Mitigation. Provide proactive risk mitigation guidance and support for security vulnerabilities.
- Provide remote Oracle database support and be available 24/7/365 via telephone, internet, email, or other means of communication.
