• The platform should support integration with existing technology, class link, be accessible via web and mobile devices, and comply with student data privacy requirements.
• provide training for staff and administrators.
• dedicated onboarding assistance by an implementation consultant or equivalent.
• provide a robust knowledge base with step-by-step guides, training videos, and searchable articles to support end users and ensure successful system adoption.
• provide training for staff during august professional development (August 11) so that agency can launch the superintendent's reading challenge at the start of the new school year August 18, 2025.
