The Vendor is required to provide workforce development programs, continuing education courses and focused training for adult learners.
- This includes traditional college students as well as adult learners pursuing continuing education or new job skills.
- Each college offers workforce development and job training certificate programs tailored to local labor markets and current industry demands.
- Online learning platforms, system, product(s) are customized for the individual community college to include:
• Customizable Webpage(s)
• Marketing
• Student Identifiers
• Provision of Student Support
• How and when courses are added and/or removed.
- Deliver online training courses including programs leading to industry recognized certificate(s) in the following areas:
• Business and professional development
• Healthcare and Medical
• Fitness and Wellness
• Hospitality and Service Industry
• Information Technology (IT) and software development
• Cybersecurity and AI
• Leadership and Management
• Media, design and publication
• Skilled industrial trades
• Sustainable energy
• Languages - Foreign, English as Second Language (ESL)
• Manufacturing and Industry
• Education – (examples may include teacher license recertification, classroom management, technology in the classroom, classroom/teacher assistant training)
• Early childhood development and education
• Personal enrichment (examples may include cake baking/decorating, floral arrangement, photography, family and consumer sciences)
• Community-oriented activities (examples may include bee keeping, gardening, health promotion, volunteering.)
• Others as reflected by current industry, community demands
- Curriculum access, student progress tracking, and student achievement.
- Provide a catalog of course offerings.
- Provide high-quality, accurate and up-to-date curriculum and course materials.
- These materials shall be available to the individual colleges upon request in electronic format and must include, at a minimum, a syllabus and either an outline or an example of the curriculum presentations.
- Financial data should include, but is not limited to student enrollment fees received, running balance of sub agency accounts, and a report of revenue shared between supplier and college.
- Contract Period/Term: 5 years
