Investment Management Platform

The Vendor is required to provide investment management platform (IMP) tool requires core system capabilities to support portfolio management and operational needs characteristic of a $25-$50 billion investment fund manufacturing company.
•    Portfolio management: the ability to manage fund portfolios, optimize construction based on risk and exposure of underlying holdings and is supported by an investment book of records IBOR)

•    Order management and execution: straight through processing of trade orders with connections to the portfolio management solution and, market participants and counterparties

•    Compliance monitoring and reporting: functional oversight of fund and portfolio trading and oversight activities
o    Pre-trade compliance

•    Transaction management: the functional ability to independently oversee agency transactions including the provision of an independent investment book of record (IBOR).
o    Trade processing
o    Cash and position reconciliation

•    Performance management: system capabilities to support performance measurement and attribution analyses for the agency fund range. 
o    Performance and attribution analysis
•    Data management: the ability to provide a security master and enterprise data requirements across an investment fund manager (IFM’s) needs.

•    Fund administration: the ability to maintain an accounting book of record (ABOR) to facilitate shadow NAV calculations and maintain oversight of agency fund administrator.
