Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis Tool

The Vendor is required to provide to procure a nanoparticle tracking analysis tool include:
•    Nanoparticle tracking analyzer for analyzing size, concentration and zeta potential in fluorescence and scatter mode.
•    At least 4 fluorescence channels.
•    Excitation at 405nm, 488nm, 520nm and 640nm.
•    All excitation sources can be used on the same sample.
•    Size range: 20-1000nm.
•    Concentration range: 10^5- 10^9 particles/ml.
•    Analysis of simultaneous expression of two markers on one particle.
•    Analyzed volume should be bigger than 20nl for sufficient statistics.
•    Time for one analysis should be below 1min.
•    No use of fluidic pumps during analysis to avoid impact of liquid flow on results.
•    Live size and concentration tracking.
