The vendor is required to provide fuel management system with the option to replace fuel pumps, fuel tanks, and install a tank monitoring system.

2. Tank monitoring system
• Continuous monitoring of fuel level
• Leak detection capability
• Alert notifications for overfill, leak, or usage anomalies
• Remote reporting dashboard
3. Fuel access point survey and compatibility analysis
• Evaluate and report on compatibility with approximately:
o 50 district buses
o 50 white fleet vehicles
o 12 portable gas cans or bulk tanks
• Include assessment of tank rings and nozzles for compatibility or necessary upgrades
- Bid as separate line items
1. New fuel pumps
• Replace existing dispensers (up to 2–4 estimated)
• Pumps must be compatible with proposed FMS
• Include install labor, electrical, and compliance testing
2. New fuel tanks
• Underground or above-ground, depending on site needs
• Must meet all current environmental and regulatory standards
• Include demo and removal of old tanks (if applicable), permits, and install.
