• Ability for passengers to specify number of wheelchairs that will be riding

• App should allow passenger to specify if children are riding and if any children are age 8 or below per state child seat regulation

• Flexible booking methods, such as a web option and call-in option

• Software must directly generate exportable data for s-10 ntd reports
• Reporting on operator metrics (drive-time, idle-time, miles, breaks, number of passengers and no shows, etc.)
• Metrics showing business intelligence-style data with information on number of vehicles out versus number of passengers, efficiency data, etc.
