IT Asset Management Software

The Vendor is required to provide for an IT asset management and network inventory platform.
•    IT asset discovery: agentless network scanning to detect and catalog network connected windows, Linux, Unix, macOS, VMware server devices, including physical, virtual, and cloud based assets, with an optional scan agent for hard to reach assets.
•    Asset inventory: collection of in-depth information about hardware, software, installed updates, patches, warranty, and user details, providing a unified view of the technology environment.
•    Software deployment: capability to remote install software, uninstall, and update software on devices.
•    License management: track software installations and usage to help manage licenses and ensure compliance.
•    Vulnerability detection and security insights: identify outdated software, security misconfigurations, and other IT risks to enhance cybersecurity posture.
•    Provide lifecycle insights to track the support status of hardware and software, helping mitigate end-of-life risks.
•    Cloud and hybrid IT asset management: support tracking cloud-based applications and virtual infrastructure, providing visibility across hybrid IT environments.
•    Integration capabilities: integrates with AssetPanda, Microsoft PowerBI, Splunk, and Sentinal.
•    Reporting and dashboards: ability to generate customizable reports and provide dashboards to analyze asset data, track usage, and monitor security vulnerabilities.
•    Offer multi-factor authentication (MFA) and single sign-on (SSO) using shibboleth and in common for secure access.
