Field Service Supply Solution

The Vendor is required to provide field service supply solution for managed services, equipment, innovation and business transformation in the delivery of the resulting contract.
- A high-level description of the requirement includes:
•    A phased approach for transition – in activities for the delivery of key milestones in two (2) phases to prepare for the operationalization of the requirements of the contract;
•    Planning and management activities including:
o    Delivery management of the requirements of the contract;
o    Technology services;
o    Telecommunications services;
o    Provisioning and deployment services;
o    Support services; and
o    Security services.
•    Supply and management of equipment and telecommunications services to field offices, electoral administrator home offices, elections headquarters and various voting service points;
•    Continuous improvement and evolution of services and solutions throughout the duration of the resulting contract.
