The Vendor is required to provide cloud-hosted software as a service (SaaS) digital online educational video platform that allows learners to pursue video content, learning pathways, course certifications and continuing education that integrates with our other enterprise academic technologies at the university.
- The online educational video platform should meet these requirements:
• A cloud-based SaaS that integrates via LTI 1.3 into d2l.
• Support single sign-on (SSO) using SAML 2.0.
• Provide features that let faculty, staff and students access a diverse catalog of high-quality, up-to-date content (business, technology, soft skills, etc.).
• Content provided by the platform needs to be current and regularly updated, with the ability for users to curate their own learning pathways and custom content for distribution.
• The user experience should integrate with our other tools for credentialing, be mobile responsive, and available to all users regardless of device. (API)
• The tool must have reporting features that gather data on the overall use of license, and content, including learning progress tracking, engagement metrics, and customizable reports.
• Administrative rights for this tool should allow for role-based access control, user management, and bulk user uploads and invitations.
• The platform should provide onboarding and training for admins and users, technical support knowledge base and help center.
• The tool must also comply with WCAG 2.1 in terms of accessibility standards.
• Must comply with FERPA standards.
