• Workflows process automation: automated workflows for HR processes such as approvals, notifications, and task assignments.
• Centralized document library: secure storage and organization of HR documents with version control and access permissions.
• State compliance form library: pre-built forms to ensure compliance with new jersey state regulations, including updates as laws change.
• Unlimited custom fields: ability to create and manage custom data fields for employee records without additional costs.
• Employee self-service: portal for employees to access and update personal information, view pay
• Position management: tools to manage job descriptions, classifications, and organizational hierarchies.
• Org chart and directory: interactive organizational chart and employee directory with search capabilities.
• Skills and certifications management: tracking of employee skills, certifications, and renewal deadlines with automated reminders.
• Employment verification: automated system for verifying employment history and details for external requests.
