Photo Speed Enforcement Solution

The vendor is required to provide photo speed enforcement (PSE) for all-inclusive turnkey service provider to provide continued and expanded.
- High-speed locations:
•    Highway #1 and 9th avenue intersection in moose jaw (2 locations with 2 cameras)
•    Ring road in Regina (6 locations with 1 rotating camera)
•    Circle drive in saskatoon (7 locations with 1 rotating camera)
•    Highway 41 near the junction of highway 2 and the town (east and west of the intersection) – 2 locations with 1 rotating camera.
- School zones:
•    Regina (5 school zone locations with 2 rotating cameras)
•    Saskatoon (4 school zone locations with 1 rotating camera)
•    Moose jaw (1 school zone locations with 1 camera).
- While speed cameras operate 24 hours and 7 days a week, those in school zones vary according to when speed limits are in effect.
- Each of the 27 existing locations contains a box to house the PSE camera and the PSE camera rotates amongst the boxes.
