The Vendor is required to provide project management information system (“PMIS”) software.
- Looking for a complete and comprehensive PMIS that will manage current and future facilities construction projects while integrating with all related systems needed to perform the required functionality.
- The solution must be developed by, implemented by, maintained by, and supported by the same single vendor.
- Provide a fully functional system SaaS solution and train the university-designated team of users.
- Personal services needed to plan, configure, and implement the system.
- All upgrades will be included in annual maintenance.
- Increase use of the PMIS through a consistent interface and mobile support.
- Improve data capture and integrity.
- Increase and capture communication between department and consultants/contractors.
- Improve integration as compared to the existing PMIS with other university systems to reduce redundancy and improve functionality.
- Finalists will be required to provide university with access to a functioning time limited demonstration system at no cost.
- Contract Period/Term: 5 years
