The vendor is required to provide 340B spilt billing software that will establish a connection between athenahealth electronic health record (EHR) and fusion correctional institution pharmacy system (CIPS) that meets all regulatory requirements for the 340b program.
- Software should also provide 340b audit preparation and protection
• Conduct technical requirements review and outline the next steps for delivering required data extracts.
• Conduct a product review with applicable stakeholders to discuss product functionality.
• Establish connections between athenahealth EHR and fusion CIPS pharmacy software for data file transfers.
• Guide the configuration of the connection and file delivery methodology.
• Ensure that triggering events are accounted for in the athenahealth EHR system and are flowing into the fusion CIPS pharmacy software system to classify and identify eligible patients.
