The Vendor is required to provide a comprehensive organizational charting software solution.
- The ideal proponent will offer a tool that integrates seamlessly with SAP, supports customization based on departmental needs, and enables easy management and publishing of organizational charts on the intranet.
- The solution should include features such as data manipulation, reporting capabilities, auto-updating functions, and the ability to track and visualize employee structures efficiently.
- This chart is created by importing data from SAP into a customized tool that reflects departmental needs.
- They help employees and leaders reference departmental structures, align work responsibilities, track full-time employee (FTE) counts and statuses, support business cases, and coordinate other operational activities.
- Software Requirements:
•    Ability to create individual charts for each department, ready for publishing to the intranet.
•    Direct integration with SAP for data retrieval.
•    Capability to override and manipulate the data imported from SAP.
•    Ability to set logos and legends on each chart to auto-calculate the following (using a Master Template):
1.    FTE counts for Union and Exempt employees.
2.    Vacancies and the duration of vacancies.
3.    Temporary positions.
•    Ability to group employees with the same job title into a single box.
•    Indicator for employees acting in roles.
•    Color coding based on conditions (e.g., Union vs. Exempt).
