The vendor is required to provide the fuel toll solution will enable both state employees and customers to manage their fuel toll needs.
- The state requires implementation of an automated fuel toll system (AFTS) to allow licensees to file their fuel toll returns electronically.
• Implementation of the system
• Migration of existing data from current system
• Project management, testing, and training services as outlined in this system
• Communication and migration plan for existing system users
• Ongoing support and maintenance for the system solution
• All services and software configuration and development associated with the implementation of the system and its associated business process impacts
• Ongoing system maintenance of the system and its associated interfaces
• Overall support and coordination, analyzing and defining business process improvements, configuring the system, migrating from the existing system, interfacing and integrating with other state systems such as the state enterprise resource planning system (ERP), providing user training, testing, and support services
• Ensuring that system is successfully implemented
• Building of additional forms and workflows within the software.
- The system shall fully support the essential functions of remittances and returns processing for:
• Motor fuel and aviation fuel distributor report (MFD 1-s/AF)
• Motor fuel and petroleum products transporter’s report (rt 113)
• Oil discharge and pollution control report (rt 51)
• Biodiesel fuel distributor report (BDF 1)
• Alternative fuel distributor report (AFD 1)
- The automated fuel toll system in a secure, cloud-hosted environment, providing all necessary hardware, software, and system and database administration to manage the application, including all test, training, and production environments of the system.
