Data Visitation Software

The Vendor is required to provide for data visitation software services.
- Data should include, at minimum:
•    Visitation: Hourly, daily, monthly, multi-year trend
•    Movement: movement between department locations, within department locations, and travel before and after visiting department locations
•    Visitor Demographics: age, gender, income range, race/ethnicity distribution employment, education and household size and type
•    One-year historical data from the date of the start of the contract
•    All data collected and shared must be compliant with federal, state and local privacy regulations.
•    Visitation and demographic data shall be delivered at least monthly in an online dashboard accessible for five (5) users.
