The vendor is required to provide staffing services and related solutions for student-focused partner that serves the learning community through responsive, innovative educational solutions.
•    Provide governmental and public entities opportunities for greater efficiency and economy in procuring goods and services. 
•    Take advantage of state-of-the-art purchasing procedures to ensure the most competitive contracts. 
•    Provide competitive price and bulk purchasing for multiple government or public agencies that yields economic benefits unobtainable by the individual entity. 
•    Provide quick and efficient delivery of goods and services. 
•    Equalize purchasing power for smaller agencies that are unable to command the best contracts for themselves. 
•    Help in assisting customers with use of best business practices.

1. Education staffing services
•    Instructional staff substitute teachers, intervention staff, reading specialists, special and alternative education professionals, counselors, paraprofessionals, principals, interpreters, secretaries and clerical staff, speech language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, school psychologists, social workers, bilingual and ESL specialists, and all other instructional support positions.
•    Nursing and health services full and part-time school nurses prepared to provide basic healthcare, health screenings, immunization record reviews, contact tracing, staff training on health protocols, and coordination with healthcare providers.
•    Non-instructional staff custodial, information technology, food and nutrition, administration, transportation (drivers, aides, mechanics), safety and security personnel, extended day program staff, and all other non-instructional support positions.
