The vendor is required to provide SharePoint 2016 on-premises environment.
- An internal assessment of the legacy SharePoint environment has already been completed, and agency is now transitioning into the implementation and migration phase of this modernization effort.
- The vendor must have high-level knowledge of on-premises SharePoint 2016, and migration work from on-premises SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint online or other microsoft solutions.
- All relevant content and functionality should be transitioned to modern, appropriate solution(s), including SharePoint online, microsoft teams, OneDrive for business, power platform, or other third-party or custom solutions.
- All documentation and reports will be delivered in an editable microsoft office format.
• Platform recommendation and solution mapping matrix.
• Implementation and migration plan.
• Final configured environments using SharePoint online, teams, OneDrive, power platform, or custom application(s).
• Rebuilt or modernized workflows and custom components.
• Final project documentation and knowledge transfer.
- Special requirements:
• Familiarity with SharePoint 2016 on-premises, SharePoint online, microsoft 365, and power platform.
• Custom solutions may only utilize the borough’s adopted technology stack to ensure compatibility, maintainability, and alignment with internal technical expertise.
• Work on custom solutions should only begin after approval by borough staff.
• Incidents and issues will be tracked with team Dynamix or another appropriate tracking tool.
