The Vendor is required to provide an enterprise asset management (“EAM”) system for airport and support services.
- Asset Registry Management
• The EAM system tracks changes to the asset registry and supports staff with onboarding and decommissioning assets.
• EAM works with GIS and tabular asset registry formats
• Provides a data onboarding portal to support contractors and staff with entering new asset data/information
• Retains history of decommissioned/replaced assets
• Automated workflow to support staff with review/approvals
- Service Request (SR) / Work Order (WO) Management
• The EAM system supports staff with issuing SR, tracking responses, and retaining service request history.
• Provides stakeholders with a mechanism to submit a SR
• Supports staff with seeing if there is a WO already assigned to address the issue reported via the SR
• SRs/WOs can be linked
• Status of SR/WO are visible by stakeholders
• The EAM system supports staff with creating and tracking work orders and associated labor and material costs.
• Smartly presented drop down menus to support staff with documenting work performed
• Ability to create WO from the field in response to a SR
• Automated routing of completed SR/WO to supervisors for QA/QC
• Ability to access asset information (e.g. as-builts) to inform troubleshooting
- Planning and Scheduling
• The EAM system displays available resources, conducts workload planning, and provides equipment and contractor scheduling
• Supports resource leveling
• Supports the use of priority codes with distinct response time targets
- Inventory Management
• The EAM system provides the ability to request and issue standard and non-standard parts and materials,
• Tracks reorder points and minimum quantities, and
• Tracks delivery timelines and status of purchase orders.
- Inspections/Condition Assessment
• The EAM system provides inspection forms, issues schedule driven inspection assignments to staff, and tracks inspections, and records inspection results.
• The EAM system tracks and displays asset condition scores
• Supports staff with recording new proposed condition scores
• Can trigger the auto creation of corrective WO/SRs to identified groups based on inspection/condition results
- Asset Risk Management and Safety Risk Assessments
• The EAM system provides an asset risk register with ability to add user defined criteria for likelihood and consequence of failure and tracking risk mitigation activities.
• Supports performing Safety Risk Assessments in alignment with FAA requirements and scoring parameters.
- Life-Cycle Modeling
• The EAM system provides age based and/or condition-based life-cycle modeling functionality.
- Dashboard and Reporting
• The EAM system shall allow users to view dashboards/reports of information. Standard reports shall be customizable, and the EAM system shall allow the creation of new reports from scratch.
