Data Aggregation and Analytics Platform

The vendor is required to provide data aggregation and analytics platform specifically tailored for health professions education. 
- System should support accreditation, academic advising, programmatic assessment, and strategic planning by consolidating and visualizing data from multiple educational and evaluation sources.
- Requirements
•    Support up to fifty (50) user accounts, 
•    Include access to a dedicated customer success manager (CSM),
•    Include an onboarding and training program,
•    Include access to at least three years of historical data,
•    Automate data extraction and integration from key sources:
o    Core higher education group (elms)
o    Canvas LMS
o    Aacp graduating student surveys
o    NABP exam results
o    Provide dashboards for at minimum:
1.    Student advising
2.    Student course performance
3.    Canvas outcomes and defined groups
4.    Core elms (field encounters, preceptor evaluations, student evaluations)
5.    Aacp survey results
6.    NAPLEX and MPJE results, including NAPLEX indicators
•    Support visualization and export of data at the program, cohort, and student level
•    Enable documentation of committee actions aligned with strategic goals and annual assignments to facilitate narrative creation for accreditation self-study reports.
