The Vendor is required to provide for design-build teams to design, furnish, and install a turnkey parking guidance system (PGS) at the airport.
- Responsible for the full deployment of a new PGS, including the design, provision, installation, operation, warranty, and maintenance of the system.
- Electrical Infrastructure
• Design, provision, and installation of high-voltage and low-voltage systems to support the PGS.
- Communication Infrastructure
• Design, provision, and installation of IP-based server systems, workstations, switches, routers, fiber optic cabling, and copper cabling to support the PGS.
- PGS Design and Installation
• Design, provision, and installation of a sensor-based PGS using camera-based detection technology to monitor parking space occupancy and perform operational video surveillance.
• LED lights within the detection sensors to indicate occupied and available parking spaces.
- Dynamic Signage
• Integration with the Airport’s existing entry plaza matrix monument displays at each garage.
• Design, provision, and installation of digital signage for real-time display of space availability on the terminal approach roadway system and within the parking garages.
- System Scalability
• Design of a modular and scalable system that allows future expansion or feature upgrades with minimal disruption.
- Third-Party Integration
• Ability to integrate PGS data with external systems such as parking access and revenue control systems, parking reservations systems, CCTV security systems, mobile apps, websites, and airport operations platforms.
- Warranty
• Provide a two (2) year warranty
- Ongoing Maintenance
• Provision of preventive and corrective maintenance services to ensure continuous, reliable system performance.
- Contract Period/Term: 2 years
