The Vendor is required to provide a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to centralize, manage, and streamline access to our digital assets.

- A solution that will improve asset organization, with tagging and searching ability and to facilitate access with multiple departments.
- Core Requirements
•    Asset Management: Centralized library for digital assets with customizable folder structures and tagging options. The system should be optimized for both photo and video assets.
•    Metadata Management: Automated and manual tagging features, support for IPTC and EXIF standards, and advanced search functionalities.
•    User Roles and Permissions: Tiered access control for internal and external users. We require the successful vendor to have systems in place for a minimum of 500 invited users for browsing and download access to the library.
•    Scalability and Performance: System should handle at least 6TB of assets with rapid search and retrieval times.
•    Compliance: Security standards like GDPR or CCPA compliance.
•    Technical Requirements: AI-powered tools for automated tagging and content search and Cloud based photo storage for digital library.
