The Vendor is required to provide to perform managed services for ongoing production support for the PeopleSoft application including annual maintenance and patching.
- Overall operational support of all PeopleSoft applications including annual maintenance and patching
• Application Monitoring and Recovery for Outages
• Critical Patch Updates
• People Tools Patching
• Monitoring of pending issues, availability and performance
• Preventative maintenance
• Diagnosis/tuning of performance issues/hung processes
• Diagnosis/resolution of system related errors
• Tuxedo Maintenance/Updates
• Application Migrations between environments
- PeopleSoft Environment Refresh
• Environment refreshes to Non-Production
• Maintenance of Scripting
- Regulatory and ad hoc PeopleSoft Application break/fixes/enhancements includes:
• Applying 1099 updates
• Annual people tools and PUM updates
• Adhoc PUM updates as necessary
- Development Support Services
• Delivery of individualized solutions including code modifications and report writing
• Documentation/knowledge transfer to client when/if appropriate
- Functional Support Services:
• Intake customer requests, triage, prioritization
• Delivery of individualized solutions
• Documentation of issues and resolutions
• Knowledge transfer to client
• Ad-hoc and minor project work as-requested.
