The Vendor is required to provide all services including, but not limited to, providing the necessary labor, materials, supervision, equipment, services, incidentals, and related items necessary to provide a commercial off-the shelf (COTS) accreditation assessment management software solution.
- Provide a valuable resource to colleges to help them in the accreditation process.
- Solution shall be a scalable, vendor-hosted product whose sole interface is web-based.
- Software Design and Functionality Requirements:
• Ability to upload, download, copy, paste, and manage accreditation documents and confidential items
• Support for unlimited users and agency review teams
• Provide scalability without compromising performance
• Centralized, multi-tenant architecture supporting role-based access by college
• Provide a centralized electronic approach with the ability to provide customization and management of templates (e.g., sub change prospectuses, 5th and 10th year reaffirmations)
• Including the integration of agency standards and templates
• Provide both automated and ad hoc printing
• Searchable audit trails and version control
• External and internal capabilities to view final compliance reports, print or copy to external media, in multiple formats.
• Describe what content can be placed within the document directory or library of your solution.
• Include how documents are managed, workflow automation, task tracking, and milestone reminders.
• Support for all current technology platforms, web browsers, and iOS/Android.
• Ability to quickly and efficiently complete the compliance narrative drafting and review process.
• Customizable dashboards and reporting tools.
