Data Platform

The vendor is required to provide data platform based on various data sources collected and compiled in a user-friendly platform to help analyze where visitors are traveling from and the economic impact of the visitors.
- Provide advertising services that can be tracked through the platform.
- Technical requirements:
•    Provide a license to a data platform to identify visitation and the impact of advertising efforts to destinations for the state of from data they have collected, organized, and cleaned up from data sources such as geolocation, credit card sales, vehicle data and demographics.
•    Provide tool(s) to access and interpret the data collected.
•    Add individuals as directed by state to receive access to the platform and distribution list to receive updates.

o    Analysis of POI’s
o    Advertising and media campaign services and strategic planning
o    Credit card spending data
•    Vendor will set up geolocation (cell phone GPS) data for visitors with charts, maps, graphs, and other visualizations as described below for unlimited points of interest. 
•    State currently has over 2,000 points of interest (POI). 
•    State requests a platform that accesses a web-based customized dashboard with live data reports with the ability to manipulate time periods for the type of data including but not limited to:
o    Home location of visitors
o    Daily, weekly, and monthly # of unique visitors by POI
o    Daily, weekly, and monthly total visitors by POI
o    Year-over-year comparisons
o    Number of visitors by POI and by zip code
o    Demographic profile of visitors by zip code
o    Percentage of market (at city, county or zip code level) captured by POI
o    Percentage of increase and decrease of visitors by zip code
o    Spending dashboards
o    Advertising analytics charts including spend
o    Return on investment calculated down to zip code level.
