Engineering Software

The Vendor is required to provide engineering software for water resource integrated modeling system (WRIMS) modeling platform.
- Software needs to be a high performing and accurate numerical solver that will solve the mixed integer linear programming (MILP) models and be usable within the WRIMS modeling platform.
- It needs to provide performance in terms of computational time, accuracy, and numerical stability.
- Software needs to support infeasibility analysis. 
- Documentation of the software needs to be available to subscription holders. 
- Additional technical requirements are included below:
•    Solver processes limited to using 8-physical cores.
•    No machine-level concurrent use of a single token.
•    Single Use (No process-level concurrency on a single token; machine configuration not restricted by the core limit of the token)
- Provide to realize the potential benefits of GenAI, through the development and deployment of GenAI, while balancing the risks of these technologies.
- Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI)” as an artificial intelligence system that can generate derived synthetic content, including text, images, video, and audio that emulates the structure and characteristics of the system’s training data.
