The vendor is required to provide digital adoption platform (DAP) and standard operating procedure (SOP) creation tool.
- Requirements
• Provide access to software, available 24/7 via user name and password or single sign-on (SSO).
• Deliver a hosted, browser-based solution requiring no city infrastructure.
• Support content export and publication, not only limited to but as a minimum, in the following formats:
o Portable document format (pdf), video, shareable content object reference model (SCORM), PowerPoint, interactive "try-me" modules.
• Provide support for english and Spanish SOP outputs.
• Support the city with:
o Administrative training materials (e.g., guides, video tutorials, or live walkthroughs).
o Notice of scheduled maintenance, outages, or feature changes within four (4) hours of occurrence.
o Availability of a support contact (name, phone, email) during business hours (8am–4pm Ct).
o Communicate within 30 days of city created documentation being removed or expired
o Communicate feature releases to city contract manager via email within 30 days of release
• Provide an architecture diagram showing software as a service (SaaS) setup and integration points.
• Comply with city data residency, privacy, and security requirements.
• Provide disaster recovery and business continuity documentation.
• Meet web content accessibility guidelines accessibility standards.
• Conduct a product demonstration and user acceptance testing (UAT) prior to go live.
